Order Processing
Thank you for shopping with us!You will receive an order confirmation upon completion of placing your order. In-stock merchandise generally ships within 1-3 days.
Items that are on replenishment or backorder will ship as soon as the merchandise is available (usually within 7-10 days.)
You will be notified of items that cannot ship within 14 days. Items will ship as soon as they are available, at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges
**Gift Cards and Sale/Clearance merchandise are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.**
Merchandise returns and exchanges are easy-peasy!
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 21 days from day of delivery, providing the merchandise is unused, new, in its original packaging (if applicable) and with tags intact. After 21 days, an in-store credit will be issued and can be used towards future purchases. Refunds will not be issued for Sale and Clearance Merchandise.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment for the value of the merchandise only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Even exchanges will not incur additional shipping charges.* (*exceptions for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada – please email jackie@galsonandoffthegreen to discuss estimated shipping before returning merchandise for an exchange.)
Please note that for the return of all footwear, the actual shoe box cannot be used as the shipping box.
Shipping methods that provide tracking and insurance are recommended for returned merchandise. Gals on and off the Green is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit to our returns center.
Restocking Fees may apply to premium/specialty products. A $25 restocking fee will be incurred for all designer footwear returns, including: Walter Genuin, GFore, Duca del Cosma, and Royal Albatross.
Please allow 3 - 4 weeks to process returned merchandise. Please indicate your order number inside the package.
